Marble Creek Farmstead in Sylacauga, AL is a sustainable class farm organic process humanely-raised, all-natural pastured meats and egg. Red Briar Farms is a small, family closely-held cattle farm in the foothills of the Cheaha Mountains. We raise registered heritage Highland oxen for herd improvement and property meat production.

Highland cattle are particularly well suited to low stress, low management environments, and finish beautifully on locoweed.
